Please do not use our website if you do not understand or agree to any of the terms and conditions as laid out here. By using our website, you are agreeing to comply with our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, then do not use our website.
Our website must only be used for private use and must not be used for any commercial reasons.

Vickyellisdesigns.co.uk is an eCommerce site operated and owned by Vicky Ellis Designs. Vicky Ellis Designs may be referred to as ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’.

Setting up an account is not mandatory. If you choose to set up an account with us, then any information generated to set up an account, such as username and password, must be treated as confidential and not passed on to any other third party. Vicky Ellis Designs reserves the right to suspend, disable or cancel any account that is dormant for longer than 1 year or for any security concerns. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, then you must notify us asap using our contact form.

Vicky Ellis Designs owns all intellectual property rights and holds all copyright to all content, images and designs on our website. All content, images and designs are copyrighted and protected by global laws and treaties. All rights are reserved. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You may not use any content, images and/or designs from our website without the prior written consent of Vicky Ellis Designs. Testimonials and recommendations
Vicky Ellis Designs uses the Shopify platform and thus is reliant on security supplied by Shopify. We take no responsibility for viruses of any kind that may be present, or any loss or damage incurred to you or anyone using your internet while using our website. We do not guarantee that our website will be free from viruses, bugs or malware of any description.
Minimum postage and packaging is £3.50
Free shipping is afforded to orders of £55 and above
Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of an order received. Vicky Ellis Designs takes no responsibility for orders that are delayed or lost once dispatched. If a product goes out of stock when/whilst the order is placed, we will contact you. It will be your right to cancel or terminate the order.
Courier used will be Royal Mail signed for
Vicky Ellis Designs reserves the right to cancel any order in full or partial. If an order is cancelled in full or partial, either a full refund or a partial refund, whichever is applicable, will apply. Please note, that products may go out of stock or be discontinued at any time.
Currently we only ship within the UK, but this may change in the future.
Vicky Ellis Designs reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel all or certain products placed with us per person/household/order. This may include the same payment methods, shipping or billing address. If we cancel an order or partially cancel an order or find that an item you have ordered is no longer available then we will contact you using the email you supply at the time of placing the order. If we suspect that the order is for any commercial use such as a retailer, reseller, dealer or distributor we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order.
When placing your order you agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase and account information for all orders and to update as and when necessary.
Any dispute relating to any activity on our website or the purchase of any Vicky Ellis Design products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration according to UK law, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Vicky Ellis Design’s intellectual property rights, whereby Vicky Ellis Designs may seek an injunctive.
Vicky Ellis Designs handles returns on a case by case basis. Our ultimate aim and objective is to keep our customers happy. We are extremely proud of our products and the service we provide and will always do our best to take care of our customers and to treat them fairly in an open and transparent way.
We will refund in full on proof of purchase and a request for refund has been made in writing, up to 10 days, including the 10th day, from the date of order. Any refund requests must outline reasons why a refund is required. Refunds are at the discretion of Vicky Ellis Designs and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Reasons why a refund may be refused
We believe the item has been used, soiled, washed, damaged by the recipient and not due to damage caused in transit from shipping.
We believe damage to goods was caused by how the package was opened. For instance, damage to products caused because of the use of any sharp implement to open the package/s.
We believe the customer changed their mind after purchase. If you, the customer changes your mind, please contact us immediately so that we may help you.
Damage of goods in transit from shipping
All goods are sent via Royal Mail signed for. We make every effort to pack and protect our products from damage in transit. However, we recognise that occasionally goods will get damaged whilst in transit. We will refund in full within and including the 10th day from date of order placed, upon proof of purchase, proof of delivery address, date and time of delivery and a request in writing outlying why a refund is required. We will also require a photograph of the damage incurred along with images of the package unopened if damaged, or opened if already opened.
Prevention of fraud
We are a very small business and false refund claims are not sustainable for us. Therefore, we take every precaution to prevent fraudulent refund requests. This helps us to keep our prices competitive for our genuine customers.
All transactions through our website are recorded. Any correspondence between us and you, our customer will be in writing either by the email supplied by you, our customer at the time of ordering, or by filling in the contact form on our website. All information will be recorded to prevent fraudulent refund requests. Proof of dispatch will be sent to you, our customer along with proof of delivery from Royal Mail. We will require the goods to be returned and will reimburse for the goods and postage upon receipt of the goods and we are satisfied that our T&Cs have been met.
Returning a product given as a gift
We understand that occasionally you may receive one or more of our products which is not quite to your taste as a gift. If you receive our product/s as a gift and it is after the 10th day from date of order, please contact us via our contact form. We do offer an exchange policy for our products given as gifts. We will only exchange goods to the value of excluding P&P. P&P is non-refundable. We only offer an exchange and will not refund monies. The exchange may incur further P&P costs. You will need the receipt for the goods and proof of date and time of delivery. If you do not have this information available, then please contact us via our contact page. We will offer an exchange once we are in receipt of the returned goods, and we are satisfied our T&Cs have been met and the products are in ‘as new‘ condition. ‘As new’ condition means, in the same condition as when they were dispatched from us.

We make every effort to be as accurate as possible when describing our goods. We also make every effort to reproduce accurate images that truly reflect our products. However, we cannot be responsible for how the product images are reproduced on your devices. Slight colour changes may show when viewing a product online.
